Welcome to our online store! Gipsy Caravans Levin (Gipsy Caravans 2021 Limited trading as Gipsy Caravans Levin) and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following terms & conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Ordering

Orders can be made over the telephone, via email, or via our secure online store.
 
While browsing our online store, you can add a product to the “Shopping Cart” by clicking on the “Add To Cart” button.  Once you have finished adding products to the Shopping Cart, you can complete your order by clicking the Cart button. This can be found at the top right side of the website.  You will then be directed to the Checkout page where you can enter your contact details, chose the payment method and submit your order request.
 
Gipsy Caravans Levin will email you to confirm the products are available, give you an estimate delivery date, as well as provide you with an invoice or receipt.
 
Gipsy Caravans Levin does not always keep all products in stock.  In this instance, the product will be sent to you directly from our supplier or the manufacturer.
 
Ordering goods (online or otherwise) constitutes an offer by the purchaser to buy in accordance with these terms and conditions.  Gipsy Caravans Levin’s acceptance occurs (and the contract is formed) when the goods are dispatched to the buyer.

Liability & Warranty

Unless otherwise specified, the warranty period is 1 year.
 
The buyer shall ensure that the goods ordered are fit and suitable for the purpose for which they are required and Gipsy Caravans Levin is under no liability if they are not.
 
If a product is faulty, we will seek to either find a local repairer who can make good any fault, or if necessary liaise with you to arrange the return of the product to us.  Once the nature of the fault has been established we will either repair or replace at our choice so long as the fault is deemed to be under the terms of the warranty applicable to the product.  If the product fault is deemed to be genuine then we shall bear the cost of return freight to and from our premises.
 
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, inappropriate or improper operation lack of maintenance, incorrect installation, modification or adjustment of the item.
 
Gipsy Caravans Levin’s liability of any defect in (or failure of) the goods supplied, or for any loss, injury, or damage, is limited to the replacement of the goods or repair of the defects.  Gipsy Caravans Levin is not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages or loss of profits under any circumstances.
 
Gipsy Caravans Levin’s liability under this contract and the warranty in this clause is confined to the original purchaser.  The warranty is not transferable or assignable without our prior written consent.  Upon termination of the warranty period all liability on Gipsy Caravans Levin will cease.
 
Proof of purchase such as original invoice or receipt is required for any returns or warranty issues.

Compliance

The buyer shall be solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permits under and for compliance with all legislation, regulations, by-laws or rules having the force of law in connection with the installation and operation of the goods.
 
Any gas appliance must be installed by a qualified gas fitter and the installation must be certified. Any 240V electrical installation must be completed by a certified electrician or 12V electrical installation completed by an auto electrician or approved dealer. Failure to provide proof of certification means any warranty is deemed null and void.

Property and Risk

Ownership of all goods sold is retained by Gipsy Caravans Levin until full payment is received.  This provision is designed to protect us in the event of bankruptcy, receivership or liquidation of the buyer, a seizure of goods by a creditor of the buyer, or default in payment.
 
Until full payment is made the buyer must ensure the goods are identifiable as the property of Gipsy Caravans Levin and maintained in good condition.  The buyer must return the goods immediately if called upon to do so by us.
 
The buyer shall reimburse us or any agents for any costs (including legal costs), expenses, loss or damage (including such to any third parties) in respect of the exercise.
 
All money owing by the buyer shall become immediately due and payable.
 
The value of such goods seized shall be assessed as the lesser of the current market value or the invoice value at the time of sale and may be subject to a restocking fee.  Any excess after satisfying all of the buyer’s payment obligations will be paid to the buyer.

Errors or Omissions

​Every now and then we make a mistake concerning the price or availability of a product.  In the instance a product is listed at an incorrect price or the item becomes out-of-stock, Gipsy Caravans Levin shall have the right to refuse or cancel an order placed for the product(s) listed incorrectly.  If the customer has already been charged for the purchase, Gipsy Caravans Levin will refund the charge.
 
Gipsy Caravans Levin is entitled at any time to correct any errors (whether clerical, computational or otherwise) in any advertising, quotation or invoice.  Due to administrative processes, errors may be discovered up to 30 days after the goods have been delivered to the customer.  We will notify the customer promptly if any error is discovered.

Force Majeure

Gipsy Caravans Levin shall not be liable to the buyer for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay in delivery of the goods, or failure to perform any term of this contract where such delay or failure is caused directly or indirectly by a natural disaster, fire, armed conflict, labour dispute, civil commotion, intervention of a government, inability to obtain labour, materials or facilities and accidents, interruptions of, or delay in transport or any other cause beyond the seller’s control.
